He currently owns an import and distribution company in Bonta Italia and has been continuing as the development consultant chef for ready-meal manufacturing companies. Blodgett Pizza Ovens

Looking for help in repairing a Blodgett Commercial Pizza Oven?

It is a converyor style oven. The trouble is, one side is heating properly, the other is not. For example, If I put a pizza through, one half comes out crispy, while the other half is not baking properly. Anyone have any ideas???


Most likely the gas tubes feeding the side not cooking are clogged (assuming it worked correctly before).
If it does have dual thermostats (the temperature gauge within the oven, not the dial on the front) then 1 may need replacing.
Either way it will have to cool down before dis-assembly & repair.
