What do I need in my Commercial Kitchen to pass inspection? In Cleveland, Ohio.?
I want to open a an pizza parlor in cleveland heights, OH. I know how to make pizza and run a business. I just don't know much about commercial kitchens, as far as passing building code. What must I have (Vents, flooring, ect.) if i have a pizza oven, deep fryer, and griddle? Also where can i find some rules on what you need to pass the Health Inspection. Thanks in advance.
You will have to contact the local health department to find out what their requirements are. You will also have to check with the fire marshal and the department that does licenses and inspections.
