How To Bake Breaded Chicken Breast

how to bake breaded chicken breast
if i have two whole chicken breast should i cut them before baking?

they are really big. do i cut them in half like down the middle or slice it across so they are thinner or don't cut them? what way is better? i'm kinda new at this. how long will it take them to cook and what temp. i'm gonna bread them.

instead of cutting the meat, you should bread them normally and cook them on a lower heat than normal, and for longer, the larger they get. try cooking them at 350 for about 20 minutes and flipping them and cooking them for an additional 15. Cutting the meat before cooking is something you'd hear a butcher say, or a restaurant chef, it cuts down on cook time but it also decreases the juiciness and the flavor of the meat. Take your time, keep a close watch on the meat, and don't be afraid to turn the heat up, or down, or increase/decrease time, according to the brownness of the meat. Experiment, but most of all, have fun and don't make cooking a chore, make it an adventure.
