Meatball Pizza Recipe

meatball pizza recipe
Best Pizza from scratch? maybe with a cheese crust?

I really love to cook, but i find myself making the same things over and over. i would really love to make something that my bf will actually get him as excited as i am about the food i make.

this brings me to pizza. i have a bisc dough recipe (yet to try), but i would like to know if there is anyway to make it a lil more exciting...'ie cheesey bottom or crust, or anything else..
what kind of meats are appropriate for pizzas, he loves his meat and would like to put as many as possible on there. does anyone know how they make those lil meatballs on the pizza, is it just plain mince? do i cook these b4 i put them on the pizza, or do they cook in the oven with it all.

and if ya wanna throw in a recipe for garlic bread....feel free.

open to all suggestions..

Thanx in advance, i know there were a lot of Questions in there. lol.

You can make him a calzone which is like a folded pizza- those are nice. The best meat on pizzas are bacon, meatballs, chilli con carne, roast chicken, salami, pepperoni. Its not just plain mince, its beef and pork mince, with garlic and onion powder, loads of salt and some pepper.
Garlic bread- just get a baguette, slice it in 1 inch slices but dont cut all the way through, just to the base. Then on each side put a mix of butter, crushed garlic, salt, lemon juice and pepper. Wrap the whole thing up in foil and bake for 7 min on high with the foil on, and open it up a bit at the top and cook for another 4 to crisp the crust.

Scone Based Pizza Recipe

scone based pizza recipe
How much baking powder to add to scone recipe?

I am making a scone based pizza base that calls for 8oz of self-raising flour but I only have plain, how much baking powder should I add?

Make this and it will be instant self rising flour:

INGREDIENTS
all-purpose flour (amount of self rising flour you need in the recipe)
salt (1/2 teaspoon)
baking powder (1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder if it's 1 cup of flour and 3 teaspoons of baking powder if it's 2 cups and 4 1/2 teaspoons if it's 3 cups and so on)

DIRECTIONS
Mix up all of the ingredients.

Hope I helped!
