how can i cook pizza with out an oven?

Since i dont have an oven at home,i want to knw how to make home made pizza on the gas stove???

you need the oven to melt the cheese and cook the veggies. even the veggies can be fried with oil and then added on top of the sauce. (i make my sauce with tomatoes, garlic,oregano powder. ) to melt the cheese, i once tried placing the pizza base on the dosa tava, on low flame and covering up the pizza on top. (like when making omelets) Tho' the cheese melted and tasted good, the base of the pizza dough was burnt. maybe if you can keep the dough on top of something and then try it, maybe you will get it better than i did!

Does anyone know anything about the LIncoln gas pizza oven, gas. We're looking for a conv. belt motor?

Our oven broke and the guys fixing it are really confused. They have ordered wrong parts and tried to create their own but nothing is working. The oven is really old 1000model and they say the parts are unatainable, help anyone. We're going on 5 days having our rest. closed.
