How to calculate taper shaped bricks required for a cylindrical surface / arch surface?

I want to design different shapes and sizes of taper bricks required for lining inside cylindrical surface.

For example: If a oven is of Cylindrical or elliptical or arch shaped and are of various diameter and oven surface is of taper from top to bottom, for those type of arch shaped surfaces with taper, please help me with some formula or equation to calculate the taper shaped lining bricks required.

As an example:
Height of Brick can be 150mm
Length of Brick can be 250mm
Taper Width of the brick to be calculated in each layer ?
and Number of Bricks required in each layer ?

for an cylinder arch
the length of the brick is the arc length
L = 2 pi radius x angle / 360

for example 18 bricks
angle = 180/18 = 10 degees per brick

find outside radius length and inside radius length
height is the difference between the radius length

Have any Interior Design resources re: 50s era, retro, etc.?

I'm purchasing a house that was built in the 50s. It had one owner and is all orginial. Slate roof, brick exterior. The kitchen has pink metal cabs and orginial Chambers range and oven. The bathrooms have the original colorful 50s tile. I'd like to update the windows, lighting, appliances, etc. yet maintain the 50s vibe. Any resources or ideas would be appreciated.

You are lucky because mid-century modern has become hip again and there are a lot of manufacturers who are replicating designs in reproductions for lighting, hardware, furniture, etc. If you seek the genuine articles, however, check with the architectural salvagers in your area. Check what they have in inventory, but also have them take note of what you are looking for because they will contact you if and as they get it in. A lot of people are rennovating 50's bathrooms and kitchens and recycling the old components. Even companies like Rennovation Hardware have lines that come straight out of Lucy and Ricky's home!
