How do I get my home made pizza's crust to be a littile more crispy?
I put my pizza on the second setting from the bottom of the oven @ 425 for 14 min. The crust is done but it is just so soft. I also use the pizza pan with holes.
Should I put it on the very bottom setting in the oven?
Help please????????
I have one pan i use specifically for pizza. It is a flat iron pan with a removable side skirt so you can lift the side off and serve as is.
It has been blackened from several years of use and is perfectly seasoned for the job.
