If I were to bake brown rice tomarrow....?

I need rice for 40 people, if I were to make baked brown rice in large lasagne pans and bake it (so it comes out fluffy), do I need to keep it in the fridge for saturday? (no room!!) and how do I reheat it, (not in the house (oven or stove)... on an outdoor grill burner)

This is a good question, most people would say to put it in the fridge. And yes, I would also...

BUT- my friend cooks her rice in the rice cooker and leaves it in there for about two days or longer. She is Hawaiian and she says they do it all the time, including her family. She is just fine!

You will be re-heating it so it will kill what bacteria that is in it.

As for re-heating it on the grill, for 40 people, man...on a burner? Your best best is to buy one of those HUGE stock pots, add a little water to the bottom and re-heat it that way!

Flip a quarter, that's what I would do.
