Breaded Baked Chicken Thighs

Ways to cook chicken thighs?

I like chicken thighs, but I like them spicy. I'm low on spices, so is it ok if I put a little hot sauce on them before frying them? Should I also put bread crumbs on them and is baking a better solution?
Butter and pepper is nice. A little lemon too. I don't cook or use salt tho....I have risk for high blood pressure and salt irritates my kidney problems :(

I would rub in the sauce and then coat in the breadcrumbs, and then bake.
