Are stevia, maple, and honey, enough (As an individual sweetener in breads) enough to make yeast rise?
I am actually asking three questions in one
Is (Place one of the three sweeteners here) enough to all together replace sugar in a recipe that requires yeast to rise?
Please also give links
Sure, each is sufficient by itself or in combination with the others for bread to rise. You don't need any added sugar, actually. Yeast will feed off of the flour alone. But, I won't give you citations: you'll have to do your own homework.
