Quick and Easy Late Night Snacks with Padrinos Pizza and Pasta.com

In this article I would like to provide some quick and easy late night snacks, whether you are feeling no pain, having trouble sleeping, or just don't feel like putting too much effort into a quick snack. I want to make it so you don't have to settle for Cheetos when your hungry at 2am. Here is some of my favorite late night snacks.

Quick and Easy Donuts- Take a can of Pillsbury biscuit dough (the kind that pops and makes you jump everytime). Tear each portion of dough into 1/4s and roll it into balls. Fry them at 350 until cooked inside and golden brown, immediately roll them around in cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. Serve with soft butter and honey mixed together.

Mini Pizzas- Take a Thomas English Muffin (or if you have a baguette on hand make a french bread pizza) and split it. put it in the toaster until lightly golden brown. Spoon some tomato sauce (either leftover home made stuff, Late Night Pizza Delivery

or your favorite brand of bottled), Sprinkle some mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and top with your favorite toppings. Finish in the toaster to make it melted and golden brown.

Smores under the broiler- Sounds crazy but works great, turn your broiler on in either your toaster or oven. Put a sheet tray on the top shelf with foil to catch and dropped gooey marshmallow (no fun to clean up at all). Leave the oven door open and using a long skewer roast the marshmallow and go to town just like at the campground!

Quick Chocolate Malt Shake- Take a 1/2 Pint of Chocolate Ice Cream, Enough milk to thin out to your liking, spoonful of malt, and heaping spoonful of chocolate syrup. Put in the blender on low speed until just mixed. Crumble in Oreos or whatever you like.

Banana Brulee and Ice Cream- Peel a banana and cut in half lengthwise. Put some sugar on it and blowtorch until golden brown. Put on top of your favorite vanilla ice cream. You can do one half of the banana with white sugar and one half with brown sugar for a bananas foster effect.
