Is there a resource where i can read professional tasting reviews for pizza chain restaurants?
I'd like to read how they compare. I'm interested in hopefully owning a pizza franchise someday and I'd like to know what professional food tasters say about the older chains as well as the newest chains.
Does anybody really care what a pizza taster says?

If it's hot, cheesy and tomato-ey with some kind of extra topping, it's all good.
Honestly, most people eat it so quickly they have no real idea what it tasted like!
I had a 1 shop pizza store as a client - reported profits of $85,000 a year. That doesn't include what the owner skimmed from the tax man, and the pizza was crap.
