healthy eating diaster... HELP?
so this is my problem
i need help for not a diet to lose weight but to gain some
im a terrible picky eater
problem : too picky, dont eat meat, or eggs, or most vegtables .. i know WHAT do i eat.?? well pizza,pasta, fries, plain rice, bagels with nutella or peanut butter basically
results: unhealthy, breakouts, big bags under eyes, menustral pain and high flow, blurred vision, weakness
NEED HELP

how to healthily gain weight or not even i JUST want to be healthy

honestly, just don't be so picky about what you eat. it will make everything better in the long run
