what is the best way to clean commercial pizza ovens, outside and in!!?
i was told to use seltzer water, and also tap water with salt mixxed with a wire brush on a long wooden handle, but i was wondering if there is a better way that has worked for anyone else
Generally, I hate chemicals. But if I were you, I would get several cans of "Easy-Off Oven Cleaner" (I got the fume free type) and spray the stuff all over the inside of the oven. Wait about 24 hours, put on some chemical resistant gloves, and clean up the gunk inside. If you have to at that point, use a putty knife with a beveled edge on it to remove any residue that is still caked on hard. For the outside, use a product called "Krud Kutter" it won't ruin the finish, but will remove the crud.
