How much would it cost to build this?
How much would it cost to build a three story barn house? so its will look like this picture, but with a porch where the 2 top windows are and a wrap-around porch on bottom story, and windows on all sides every story. I don't what anything real fancy inside. Just the normal stuff, wood fireplaces(2). washer&dryer, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, kitchen (sink, fridge&freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher). I don't want a house phone though, i want internet. I don't know if i also want forced heating and conditioning. how much more would it cost if i did? and like I said, I don't want the best stuff there is in the house, but i don't want the worse so it doesn't keep warm air in. what would you suggest? it will be built in a small town in eastern oregon, somewhat near John Day. thanks ya'll!
