Baked Garlic Bread

What do you use to season your oven baked breaded chicken?

I use Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, Montreal Steak seasoning, and Mesquite seasoning. This is great, but I'm looking for more variety than just combinations of these. What crazy seasonings do you use? Do you have any special techniques for making your own "perfect" breaded chicken?
