why is it that everytime i make a homemade pizza?
the cheese is all burnt but the crust isn't done yet. Does anyone have a good recipe where this doesn't happen. Also I make the crust by using a regular bread recipe.
Jusdt prebake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings
