building a brick oven
In 2007 I bought a $771,000.00 home in Cumming, Ga. What would that house cost in the Columbus, OH area?

2 story, 4 side brick, Wall of windows, daylight basement with wall of windows, 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bath. Sun room, great room, living room. Kitchen nook, dinning room. Gourmet kitchen- double convection oven, upgraded appliances. Granite kitchen counters, granite bath counters, upgraded carpet in all upstairs areas. Wood floors lower level, except great room and bedroom. tile floors in bath -floors walls of shower. Jacuzzi tub and Jacuzzi shower, tray ceiling im master bedroom. 3 car garage, 3 air conditioning systems. Sprinklers, lot size .67 acre. Double fireplace in great room/sun room, fireplace in Master bedroom. Huge covered/uncovered deck. 3in. crown moldings. Upgraded light fixtures and cabinets. Gated subdivision with a large lake. Custom built home.

If you paid that much in Cumming,Ga you have a very nice house.Family live there and they paid $199,000 for a 5 bedroom,3 1/2 bath.10 years ago.I would think in Columbus you would half the price.I'm from southeast Ohio, there it would be even cheaper. Now I live in a Chicago suburb, here your house would be over a million.
