
Is it okay to cook a oven pizza without a baking sheet?
Or any other simular cooking apparatus? Am I good to just put the pizza on the grill-like "Shelves" of the oven?
Absolutely. You usually get a crispier crust when you do that too. Just be careful when you take it out cause I always end up spilling toppings in my oven. Lol. But I'm a bit of a klutz.
