Yeast For Baking Bread

Can I Use Plain Flour In Baking Yeast Based Bread?

I use my bread machine for mixing dough but I do the baking in the oven, find it looks better and you have better control over the end result.

I'm wondering can I use Plain Flour if you are baking in a conventional oven. The dough does contain yeast.

Sure you can. Bread flour is higher in wheat gluten, which you can recreate by adding 1 T of vital wheat gluten to a cup of regular (all-purpose) flour... but the results will be just fine by just using plain old flour.
