Anything I should concider adding- taking out?

(served during cocktail hour)

Spinach Artichoke Dip with White & Blue Corn Chips

Domestic and Imported Cheese Tray with Baked Brie

and an assorted of Crackers and Lavosh

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

BUFFET

Sonoma Salad-

Mixed Field Greens, Caramelized Pecans, Goat Cheese and Dried Cranberries Served with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Fettuccini Alfredo with Fresh Shrimp and Asparagus Spears

Penne Pasta with Marinara Bolognese and Roasted Garlic

Marinated Grilled Vegetable Tray with a Balsamic Reduction

Focaccia Bread topped with Rosemary
...and of course the cake. A chocolate mousse layer and a white layer w/ stawberries =)


It all sounds really good... and congratulations on the wedding! Maybe you could add some chicken strips/fingers for the kids, just in case!
