How do you make that sort of crust thingy on pizza hut bread sticks?

I have a bread stick recipe and I LUUUUUUUUUV that crust stuff on pizza hut bread sticks.

It's a combination of Olive Oil, Italian Seasonings, butter, Pecorino Romano and Parmesan Cheeses, baked at about 450 for 10 minutes. The higher oven temperature creates that crust that you LUUUUUUVVVVV so much, while the ingredients soak into the bread sticks keeping them somewhat softer and totally delicious!
