What are some yummy, low-carb meals?
I am someone who loves carbs, and it's a problem. I don't eat much junk food, but I LOVE cereal, bread, pasta, anything carb-y! It's annoying because I want to weigh less and I know the only thing stopping me is the fact that I love bread-y things.
I don't want all these big, extravagant dinners that take forever to cook, I just like to eat simple food. I know salad is good, but I don't want to eat that all the time! It's boring.
Is pizza good? Not like a stuffed-crust greasy pizza, but more like a thinner, flatbread pizza?
Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!
Oh, and also, I don't like to eat very much meat. I eat it sometimes, but in small amounts. And I never eat beef, very rarely eat pork, and sometimes eat grilled chicken or turkey.
I do eat fake meat and tofu though, if anyone has recipes involving those (:
Ok so heres the thing that i would recommend.. i am also one of those carby kind of people lol :) but what ive found out is that carbs are in just about EVERYTHING we have to eat.. but what i do is eat balanced like for breakfast- cereal and milk, with green tea. and for lunch a sandwich with turkey mayo, lettuce, and mustard. and for dinner anything we make (it varys day to day.) but the point is that carbs are in everything, so eat anything you want.. calories are the key.. if you eat balanced then you'll be fine. but if you eat more calories than you burn it will cause you to gain.. hope ive helped
