Bread Rolls Recipe

bread rolls recipe
Does anyone have a recipe for Hungarian Kiefli bread rolls?

I'm looking for the bread rolls not the pastry
I've tried different bread recipes and I've been able to form them perfectly but I've never mastered the proper taste and texture.
OK, kifli means crescent moon. There are different types of kifli, some have nuts or cheese and are made of pastry. but I'm looking for bread rolls that are kifli shaped. I have mastered the shape but not the taste or texture. so unless it's a type of bread dough then I don't knead it.

It's really hard to find a recipe among all the cheese crescents and poppy seed rolls and whatnot, but here's one that looks promising:

Translation:

60 dkg flour, 3 dkg yeast, 1 T oil, 1/2 t salt, 1/2 T sugar, 1 dl milk.
Heat the milk to lukewarm and add the sugar and yeast. When it foams up, combine it with the flour, salt, and oil. [I assume you knead it at this point, although the recipe doesn't say.] Let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thickness and cut it radially into 8 wedges. Roll up each triangle and form into a crescent shape. Let rise on a floured baking sheet for another 20 minutes. Preheat the oven and place a pan of boiling water in the bottom. Bake the kifli in the hot oven until nice and golden. [Sorry, no definition of "hot" or "preheat" given.]
