If you have ever wanted to learn about Pizza making, then Bev Collins is probably the only person you’ll ever need to learn about. Bev Collins has been making pizza for years and got her big break working for a Domino’s Pizza. This woman has traveled the world eating her weight in pizza. Before working for Domino’s pizza, Bev Collins was a culinary instructor; in fact, that is where she actually me the founder of Domino’s pizza: Tom Monaghan. There is a lot to say about Bev Collins' Secrets from Inside the Pizzeria. The program is an ebook and a one hour and twenty minute long movie you can watch on your computer. Both the moive and the ebook are quite informative and can help you learn the tricks of the pizza making trade. Bev is a good teacher (remember she has a background in teaching culinary students!) and her video and ebook are excellent. I love pizza myself and I think I could eat this excellent comestible nearly every day. Your opinion and taste perhaps differ from mine; however, many people love pizza. This fact is evidenced by the ubiquity of pizzerias. Pappa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominos, and many others are all making a lot of money from making pizza.
Pizza is not a difficult food to make, but it can be a little tricky to master. Pizza sauce, pizza dough, and finding the right cheese blends are perhaps where the most people make mistakes. By learning some of the basics from the experts, you’ll be able to master the basics. Once the basics have been ascertained, you’ll be able to adapt each recipe to suit your own needs.
