Baking Quick Breads

Can you bake items in copper jello molds?

Items such as quick breads or cakes? Or would baking with the molds cause a health risk by getting into the food? Is there some sort of reaction that the heated metal could cause -- or is it safe?

No you cannot - they will not stand up to the heat of the oven, also the usually have a painted finish which could leak toxins into your food I believe? Might check on that part. But I am pretty sure. They would make pretty cake & bread molds though.
