Beer connoisseurs - what are your favourite beers and food to have with?
I love Beer Lao from Laos. It's a cheap one but so crisp and refreshing. I love to have it with any Asian food. I also love Coopers from Australia - great with Turkish pide. Tonight I'm having a Peroni from Italy with an eggplant casserole dinner - not bad at all.
What's your favourite? :)
Miller - I use some to cook my arroz & pollo Puerto Rican style
Becks - pizza w/anchovies
Budvar - BBQ
San Miguel - with sea food paella
Moretti - baked chicken
Pedavena - grilled sausage and grilled polenta with Asiago cheese on it
Guiness - a meal in itself!
