Cooking bourbon salmon?

For V'day im proposing to my other half.. =] Yes im a girl. haha
We have been together for four yrs.. Now i wanna cook him dinner aswell and his fav is bourbon salmon... How do i cook this? do i soak it in bourbon what? i need help desperatly.. ive never cooked salmon in my life.. and what should i have on the sides with it?
he said something about wood oven fire or something liek that? like smoke form the wood i really dont know.. SOMEONE HELP!

Btw the only cooking things i have is an oven, griller (like the thign above the oven, stove and small bbq... also what utensils etc will i need


Ingredients
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 (6-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
