Bread Baking For Beginners

I need a good website or book for authentic recipes?

I'm interested in cooking Indian, Chinese and English Food.
I also want a really good authentic recipes for baking cakes, bread, cinnamon rolls, scones and eclairs too.
I want the food to taste how it's supposed to taste and not a downgrade rip off.
I use the videojug website but it's not that good and it's definitely not authentic.

I'm not exactly a beginner. I'm tired of cooking food that taste ok and not that good.
It would be really helpful if the instructions were clear and have a picture too.
