pizza crust temp and margarita temp?
so i'm going to make a margarita pizza and the original margarita pizza calls for the temperature of 375 degrees F. but the recipe calls for any kind of pizza dough so i searched the internet for a pizza dough recipe and THAT recipe calls for 500 degrees F. and both use different amount of time. i'm afraid if i use 375 the bread would be undercooked but if i use 500 the ingredients will get burnt..anybody have suggestionss? please help and thankss
You need to take in account the amount of time in addition to the temperatures. You wouldn't bake a pizza at 500 degrees for as long as you would if the oven was at 375. I would do the pizza at 500 and watch it carefully. It should be done in 5 to 7 minutes.
