No Bake Bread Pudding

What do you think of my diet today?

Breakfast-
hot lemon water
1 sachet original Quaker oatmeal with 1 prune, half a banana, dash of cinnamon, couple of cranberrys



Midmorning snack: apple


Lunch: 1 wholemeal bread slic. With cheese and cucumber in it


Snack: around 15 mini carrots


Dinner 5pm: spoonful of maccaroni and cauliflower cheese, this tomato and herb bread and a spoonful of spice baked potatoes

dessert: around 20g of carrot cake, like 3 bites

at 9pm I'll probably get hungry so should I go for a bowl of papaya or a 120kcal organic rice pudding? Thanks!

Ps. My bmi is 18.1
and no I'm not crazy I'm a generally healthy person..


no wonder you're hungry - this wouldn't feed a sparrow. BMI is borderline underweight. Not suggesting you get fat, but how about eating properly. Good for the fruit and veg but lots more of that too.
