how do I lite a commercial pizza oven???
a company cleaned the vents,and shut off the gas now I can't lite the pizza oven.
DUH~
1) Turn oven knob(s) to OFF
2) Turn the gas back on!
3) Turn the oven knob(s) to ON.
If your oven is so old that you don't have auto ignition on it, call the gas company.
