Pizza Roll Recipe

I'd like to make BOCA pizza rolls...?

I have a favorite pizza roll recipe and would like to adapt it.
The recipe calls for Italian sausage and I would like to replace it with BOCA.
How can I spice the Boca up to make it taste similar?
Do you think this would even work?

Boca is decent but MorningStar Farms actually has an excellent Italian Sausage style crumble that would be perfect for you recipe! It is already seasoned to taste like italian sausage and if you can use that, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If you can't find it, try and italian seasoning blend, and some oregano and possibly a bit of basil to spice up your Boca product.
