so depressed about my weight please read?
I am drinking only water, if i drink milk its skim, i dont snack on things besides grapes or quaker rice snacks, if i eat bread its wheat, if i eat meat its chicken and its baked, i eat an apple a day and i eat an orange a day. I dont even drink diet pop. I dont chew gum i dont smoke eat candy drink do drugs. I walk 3 days a week for about an hour at a fairly fast pace, and i do a dvd called walk away the pounds 3 times a week, and i do carmen electras strip away the pounds on sunday. If i continue this for a month will i lose anything?????
It is good that you are trying to eat healthily, but you should not say "if" you drink milk, eat bread,or eat meat... all of those things are part of a balanced diet. You should have whole grain bread, etc., lots of veggies, a bit of chicken and nice servings of dairy. You may want to consult a nutritionist or a program like weight watchers to give you an idea of how much is too much food and how much is too little food. I think you will lose weight over a month if you continue exercising and find a nice healthy diet. The earlier poster was right - it won't work if your body thinks it is starving! But remember, you might only lose 2-4 pounds in a month. If you lose a lot, it might just be water!
