Bread Baked In A Jar

Please help with ideas for a meal using these ingredients?

Hi, want to impress the hubby tonight with a nice meal. We are going away for a week so need to use up some stuff....can anyone think of anything yummy to use......

x2 chicken breasts
x1 small jar pesto
mature cheddar cheese
cherry tomatoes
spring onions
x2 handfuls of spinach

also in the house if its helps....rice, pasta, milk, bread, herbs/spices, butter but no flour.

I thought some sort of pasta bake but not used pesto in a bake before. Any ideas welcomed!!!

Oooooh, make "GRILLED PESTO CHICKEN WITH PASTA ARABIATA"

Mix the pesto with some oil in a bowl with salt and pepper and leave the chicken breasts to marinate in it for a couple hours. Then grill, brushing over the pesto regularly. Boil the pasta, and when cooked add a sauce make of chopping and frying the cherry tomatoes and fry onions. Flatten the cherry toms whilst cooking to release the flavours, and if you have it add garlic, salt, a tsp sugar, basil and a lot of black pepper. Stir the sauce into the pasta and serve along side the grilled chicken with some grated cheese on top.
