Gas Pizza Oven is putting out black smoke...what is wrong?
I have a single deck gas oven it has been fine for the passed 3 months,it just started putting out black smoke when I fire it up.
Sounds like a dirty oven... have you looked in the oven or see what the source of the smoke is?
Most likely it's built up oils on the sides, deck and burners from usage.
Or it could be a dead rat.
