Best Oven For Baking Bread

TNT beer bread recipe + freezer dough recipe?

does anyone have a simple recipe for beer bread? i saw one recipe on a tv show a while ago and didn't write it down at the time and couldn't find it online....help please.

looking for a recipe with soft, even consistency - so preferably, a tried&true recipe you love!

my 2nd request is for a soft-doughy {NOT FLAKY] cinnamon-rolls using freezer dough....which dough is the best to use...i've tried frozen PIZZA dough and they came out hard, grainy, YUCK!

oh - and i use a conventional oven for all my baking.

every suggestion is welcome & THX!
what i'm looking for is a brand name dough - some brands come out to dry or flaky or grainy...i'm trying to find the one w/the best texture to use with this kind of recipe

i don't want to repeat my previous catastrophe...THX
oh- and i DON'T DO DOUGH
i just don't have the 'hand' for it
i don't even make my own pie dough...

These easy cinnamon rolls are made with a loaf of frozen bread dough, walnuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
* 2 tablespoons melted butter
* 2/3 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/3 cup heavy cream
* 2/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
* 1 tablespoon milk
* dash vanilla

PREPARATION:
Roll dough to a rectangle, about 18x6 inches. Brush with the melted butter. Combine brown sugar, chopped nuts, and cinnamon; sprinkle over dough. Starting at long edge, roll dough up, jelly roll fashion; moisten edges and seal.
Cut roll into 20 slices. Place rolls, cut side down, into two lightly buttered round cake pans. Let rise for about 1 1/2 hours, until doubled. Pour the cream over the rolls then bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Combine confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla, adding more sugar or milk if necessary. Drizzle over rolls while still warm.
Makes 20 cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour
3 Tbs sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

Put flour, sugar and beer into mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. No raising needed. Bake total of 40 minutes at 350 degrees. After 30 minutes of baking, brush top with melted butter. Bake additional 10 minutes, tap on bottom, if it sounds hollow, remove from pan and cool.

My Notes: 1. I let dough rise in forms during preheating of oven. 2. I quickly mist bread and baking stone a couple of times during baking which gives a really nice crunchy crust. 3. I use left-over butter to brush again after removing from oven.
