Easy Healthy Pizza Recipes

easy healthy pizza recipes
Having trouble with eating healthier.?

At the moment I weigh 160, I'm 5'6 and 19. I just started my second year of college. I would really like to weigh what I did my freshmen year (140). I did P90x for about 2 months but then just stopped.
I'm going to start the 10 minute trainer but the problem I have is the healthy eating. I work, volunteer and have school and get too lazy to even try to cook healthy, it's just so much easier to eat Taco Bell or buy pizza.
Does anyone know where I can go to find recipes for healhy and quick meals. Or what are easy ways to make healthy food that isn't so time consuming to make?

Are you buying and preparing all of your food? It sounds like you are. The best thing anyone in your situation can do is to completely clear the fridge of all unhealthy foods and restock it with good things, like fat-free dairy products, fruits, vegetables, turkey, chicken, etc. For your dry foods, I would suggest whole grain breads, pasta, and cereals (i.e. Cheerios and not Lucky Charms), most kinds of nuts, granola bars, rice, oatmeal, and so forth. Avoid all foods that contain the word "hydrogenated" in the ingredients, and remember that the less processed a food is, the healthier (in general) it will be.
