Making Dough For Pizza

When using whole wheat to make pizza dough, why do you need white flour also? I want to eliminate the need 4it?

In looking for healthy whole wheat recipes for pizza dough they always include some white flour. Where can I get a recipe for an ALL healthy pizza dough?


Whole Wheat flour is low in gluten, if you want a healthier flour get unbleached flour as it has some bran still in it and it is not as processed as AP flour, the other flour is need to give structure to the dough, if you used only WW it would be very chewy and like a cracker.
