Sugar-Free Apple Cake or Bread Using Apple Juice?

Hi I am looking for ways to make sugar-free apple cake or bread but only using items which I can easily buy without going far from home. I am looking for a recipe with just the basics like:

Flour, Eggs, Baking Powder/Soda, Salt

And to sweeten it, maybe apple juice instead of milk in the batter? And then add some cut up apples inside.

I can not easily get concentrated apple juice or sugar-free applesauce.

I don't know the chemistry of this, or what combinations would work. So any ideas would be really helpful.

If you use apple juice, it has sugar in it and is not sugar-free. Even if you get juice where there is no sugar added, there is sugar in the apples. Your body cannot tell the difference between sugar in apples and granulated sugar. Try sweetening with artificial sweetener if you want no sugar.
