White Bread Recipes For Oven

how do you oven dry bread?

i have a recipe that calls for 7 slices of oven dried white bread. im not sure exactly how to do that or if i have to buy it. please help!

Place the bread on an ungreased cookie sheet and place in a 250 degree oven. Check it often. It shouldn't take too long to dry out. (Maybe 15-25 minutes, tops.) Don't let it burn, though.
