Essene Bread

Has anyone tried Essene bread or other sprouted grain breads?? How does it taste?

I was wondering if anyone here can tell me how Essene bread tastes and if they used more then just wheat berries as I believe you can use any type of grain or bean. Also, please give me some sprouted grain bread recipes and other sprouted recipes. I am sprouting rice but I do not know what to do with it. Make rice milk??
