Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven?

We are in the process of designing an outdoor kitchen. Anyone out there have an outdoor wood fired pizza oven? Can you share your recommendations on what dimensions/materials or design specfics we should consider/recommend to our contractor?

We're probably looking for a small one 54x52 but we definitely want it built into the grill/bar island that will be constructed.

Also if you've owned an outdoor wood fired pizza oven - can you share feedback on how often you use it and how's the upkeep?

The size depends on the needs of your family or your entertainment intentions.
Go to a display center where they sell wood fired pizza ovens and get some info there. Doesn't seem like the upkeep would be very extensive

Is it safe to store paper bags between the oven and fridge?

My mom always did this. Come home from grocery shopping and store the paper sacks in that narrow slot between the refrigerator and the oven (built into the wall with like a wood frame cabinet look around it). Now I find myself doing this at my house, too. Is this safe? Can the oven heat through the divider and catch the bags on fire?!

It would set the wood on fire first. Ovens are insulated pretty well. Doesn't much heat leave the oven.
