
when i bake loaf bread , why do i keep having caves & holes in the middle and the bread is not cooked proparly
i knead the dough properly and i leave it to rise for an hour or more and i cook it until it is nice and red and it look s perfect and yummy from outside , its only from the middle inside.
you've overkneaded it, especially if you've mixed it in a stand mixer. Also, put an oven thermometer in your oven and make sure it's at the right temp (most home ovens aren't properly calibrated).
