Jamie Oliver Pizza Recipe

last night's tv-how did jamie oliver made the pizza "sauce"(without tomatoes)?

he spread it on the dough under the seafood part of his pizza....i think it was olive oil, garlic and white wine...? can't find the recipe online... please help

thanks everyone for your answers but i knew why i said it didn't have tomatoes in it and that i couldn't find it on the i-net. they don't put all the recipes there so i wondered if anyone remembered how he prepared this garlic paste.

According to the Channel 4 website, he used garlic, basil and tinned tomatoes. Here's a link:

In the picture of the finished pizza, I can't really see if that sauce is under the seafood or not. It may just be garlic and olive oil.
