
Baking Bread: can't remember what temperature or time to bake it on! Does anybody have a solution?
I'm making refrigerator roll dough into a loaf of bread [already have the dough made], but I can't remember how long to bake it for or at what temperature [I don't have the original recipe with me]. Help?
[working with a 1.5 qt loaf pan]

Oven setting should be at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and turn down to 350 degrees...Make sure it is on the lower rack of the oven.......Usually bake for about 45 minutes....the loaf will get golden brown....If not sure.....Try thumping you knuckles on the top of the loaf...it it sounds hollow it is done
