How to turn a Quick Bread into Muffins?
I want to make banana bread but I dont have a loaf pan but I do have a muffin pan. What needs to be adjusted on the temp and baking time if I make muffins instead of a loaf?
350 for 20 to 25 min should do it. Toothpick test after the first 25 minutes.
