Baked Breaded Fish

baked breaded fish
I'm baking talapia , could I use egg white to hold together the bread crumbs for my fish batter?

I have never tried this before but the idea came to me last night after my boyfriend and I used some eggs for my dryness. So anyway, will the breading hold together by the egg white?

no no eggs , wash the fish and in a plate put the bread crumbs mixed with a bit of chopped parsley, a pinch of sale and pepper , coat the fish on both sides, you can do this 2 way the first is to get a large piece ofgrease and grese it with a bit of oil and rest the fish on it , slice a bit of lemon slices and arrange them on top of the fish, drizzle a bit of oil and seal the package place it on a cookie sheet and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes, the next idea would be to grease a casserole and lay the fish in it cover with a foil and bake the same way, I like the foil because the cleaning is minimal.
