Bread Baking Machinery

Does anyone work as a production operative in a baking factory? What's it like?

I'm trying to find a job and there is a bakery warehouse looking for operatives. I was wondering if anyone would give me any opinions on what the job is like.
Duties include setting, operating and attending machinery and ovens to mix, bake and otherwise prepare bread and flour confectionery products.

I haven't worked in one but know people who do. Its physically hard work and very hot.
