how to make hot cookie dough like in pizza hut?

i love the cookie dough in pizza hut and i need a simple recipe that is like the pizza hut one

Makes about 4 servings (2 pizza hut sized dishes)
1. Mix 110g light brown sugar and 115g butter
2. Add 150g flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbs vanilla extract(or less if you wish) and chocolate chips (as many as you want :P)
3. Add 4 - 6 tbs water till 'cookie consistency
4. If you wish it to be hot, cook at 180 - 200 degrees till slightly brown
5. Enjoy!
